Yes. Lennar is one of the two largest homebuilders in the country and works with independent buyer's agents across its Texas communities, as long as the agent is registered before your first visit to a sales office or model home.
No. Lennar's Everything's Included pricing and any other builder incentives are separate from buyer-agent commission. Registering an agent does not reduce or replace anything Lennar includes or offers you directly.
Most builders, including Lennar, treat the on-site sales counselor as your agent of record once you've visited unregistered. Contact us anyway; depending on where you are in the process, registration may still be possible.
