## Service Tiers

- Limited Service (flat $1,000 fee retained): We handle paperwork and builder
  registration. The remaining buyer-agent commission may be returned as an
  estimated closing credit. Most popular option.

- Full Service (1% fee retained, DFW only): Full buyer representation including
  attending meetings, reviewing contracts, and negotiating upgrades, closing cost
  contributions, lot premiums, and contract terms. Remaining commission returned
  as estimated closing credit.

## How It Works

1. Register at texashomesrebates.com/register before your first builder visit —
   free, takes ~2 minutes. Required to preserve outside-agent rebate eligibility.
2. Tour communities and choose your home. We attend all meetings under Full Service.
3. Sign your new construction contract.
4. At closing (typically 6–12 months after contract), receive your estimated
   closing credit applied toward closing costs, rate buydown, or upgrades.
